We received the biopsy report on Monday, the 25th in the afternoon. NO CANCER FOUND!!!
The short version is that his toe had been/was broken and the break had somehow raised that growth. Our veterinarian, Dr. Jessica Rivera, was extremely glad as she had said that those types of growths usually don’t come back as benign. We continue to pray as his recovery has been very painful for all.
He is in pain, in spite of his meds, and he doesn’t understand why he is not going on walks or is able to get in the pool. All we can do is keep up his meds routine and continue to shower him with all the love possible. That, an the occasional small bowl of vanilla ice cream!
We are not out of this yet and we still need everyone’s prayers!
