In August, Casey’s mother Janna, sister Lezleigh, and nephew Matthew, traveled to Washington D.C. for several reasons. Primary among them was a visit to Arlington National Cemetery, to view Casey’s headstone which was now in place. Beyond that, it was an opportunity for Matthew to see, first-hand, our nation’s capital and its landmarks and memorials, including the Smithsonian Museum, its Air and Space Museum and Mount Vernon.
